Cork Science Festival got underway last weekend and runs until this Sunday 14th November throughout Cork. The festival is a blend of virtual and in person events with online workshops, talks, lab tours, build at home kits and an extensive schools programme
Limited spaces remain for public events taking place this weekend at Cork’s Marina Market where thrilling live science shows will be popular with families. Hosted by Scientific Sue “The Science of Bubbles” will take place at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 13th while ‘The Science of Dragons’ inspired by the Cressida Cowel ‘How to Train your Dragon’ books will take place at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm on Sunday 14th November.
